LAFAYETTE With several events scheduled around the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Complex beginning on Friday, University officials announced its parking plan to accommodate traffic within the area during the weekend.

All gates around Cajun Field, with the exception of Gate 5 (Cajundome Blvd. and Reinhardt Drive) will be closed at approximately 10 p.m., on Friday and will be opened as needed on Saturday.

Louisiana Classics Track Meet (Friday-Saturday, March 20-21 Ragin' Cajuns Track and Soccer Complex)
Parking for the Louisiana Classics Track and Field meet, hosted by the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, will be in the grass lots along Reinhardt Drive across from the Ragin' Cajuns Track and Soccer Complex. Fans attending should enter through Gate 1 (Bertrand Drive and N. College Rd.).

Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball vs. Troy (Saturday-Sunday, March 21-22 Lamson Park)
All reserved and handicapped parking for the Sun Belt Conference series will remain at Lamson Park.

General admission parking for Saturday's doubleheader (only) will be utilized in the following order:

• Bourgeois Hall south lot
• Blackham Coliseum lot (along Cajundome Blvd.)
• UL Print Shop and Intramural lots (Coliseum Drive)

Shuttles will run from all softball lots to Lamson Park beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday through the end of the doubleheader.

All general admission parking will resume in the lots at Cajun Field on Sunday.

Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Football Sophomore Day (March 21 Cajun Field/Moncla Indoor Facility)
All participants attending Saturday's Sophomore Day activities are asked to enter through Gate 3 at Cajun Field (W. Congress Street) and park in the lots adjacent to the Cajun Field Press Box and the lot on the corner of Reinhardt Drive and Stadium Drive.

Annual Southwest Louisiana Black Rodeo (Saturday, March 21 - Cajundome)
Parking for the annual Southwest Louisiana Black Rodeo, scheduled for Saturday at the Cajundome, will only be allowed in lots 4 and 5 at Cajun Field. Entrance into the lots will be at Gate 4 (at the corner of W. Congress St. and Cajundome Blvd.) and Gate 5 (corner of Cajundome Blvd., and Reinhardt Drive).

Overflow parking will be at South Louisiana Community College (SLCC) with shuttles running to and from the Cajundome.

Rodeo participant parking will be located behind the Cajundome through Gate 8 (W. Congress St., across from the Hilton Garden Inn)

No tailgating will be allowed in the Cajun Field lots on Friday, March 20. Tailgating will only be permitted in areas provided by the Cajundome on Saturday, March 21.

Acadiana RV Sport & Boat Show (Friday-Saturday, March 20-21 Cajun Field)
Entrance into the Acadiana RV Sport & Boat Show at Cajun Field will be through Gate 2 (Bertrand Drive across from Rouse's Supermarket).
