FAMU runner Dynasty Jones and thrower Sasha-Ann Lebert were honored by the MEAC today as Jones was named the indoor track athlete of the week and Lebert earned top performer honors.

The FAMU LAdy Rattlers kicked off the indoor track season, using the momentum of their cross country championship to catapult the team. Dynasty Jones and Chandelic Jackson won individual events at the meet.

FAMU track star Jeanette Hulse, was the captain of the team her junior year, but an unplanned stumbling block didn't prevent her from achieving her goal. Now with a healthy son, Hulse has her degree.

FAMU middle distance runner Dynasty Jones used a blazing finish to advance to quarterfinal round of the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship. Nakia Linson also ran in the meet.

FAMU's Nakia Linson and Dynasty Jones advance to the finals of the NCAA Regional, this weekend in Jacksonville. Linson advances in the 100m dash, while Jones advances in the 400m dash.

The Lady Rattlers repeated in fifth place in the MEAC Outdoor Championship. Kinnesha Jones led the way, taking first place in the triple jump.

Dynasty Jones led the Lady Rattlers to a solid team performance in the FSU Relays. The LAdy Rattlers scored several Top 10 finishes in individual events, relays and field events.
