Following an 18th place finish at the ISU Pre-National Invitational, an eighth place finish at the Notre Dame Invitational and back-to-back first place finishes at the UTA Gerald Richey Invite and North Texas Invitational, SMU prepares to run in the inagural American Athletic Conference Championships in Madison, Conn. The Mustangs are looking to win their fifth conference crown in the last six years. The American Championships are scheduled to be run at the Hammonasset State Park as it features a 6K course.
