Traveling to Bethlehem, Pa., the Army women's cross country team will compete for its first Patriot League title since 2004.

As the season begins to wrap up and, on a personal level, I finish my eight years of cross country competitions, I can't help but reminisce slightly about what an experience it has been. Running is a polarizing activity; people either love it or hate it.
