The SMU women’s cross country team travels to Grimesland, North Carolina to run at the American Athletic Conference Championship at Lake Kristi on Saturday at 10:50 ET/9:50 CT. The 6K women’s race will take place after the men’s race and will be streamed live on the American Digital Network.The Mustangs will go into the meet as the highest regionally ranked team in the field as the 3rd ranked team in the USTFCCCA South Central Region. Last year’s defending AAC champions, Tulsa, are 7th in the Midwest region and UConn is 11th in the Northeast Region.
